Professor Alexander Capron是國際著名的醫學倫理法律學者,在美國國會有關生醫倫理法律政策及伊斯坦堡宣言起草上皆扮演重要角色。本圓桌會議期望藉Professor Alexander Capron之豐富學養與經驗,對國內器官移植相關倫理、法規與政策之發展有所貢獻,並分享WHO及the Declaration of Istanbul Custodian Group(DICG)的經驗,以提升我國更優質的器官移植環境。
